My Review:

IIMG_20170324_162802-COLLAGE.jpg am not a runner or triathlete.  I am not even an athlete or do I play any sports.  I only do a light cardio work out several times a week, but I would like to eat more healthy.  I received an uncorrected proof copy, so there are not any colors in the pictures.  Since the author includes a picture to almost all the recipes, I would like to see the dishes in colors.  I have only made one dish from all the recipes, Quinoa-Crusted Chicken Tenders.  It was delicious, healthy and easy to make.  All of the recipes sound easy to make, I do not think you need much cooking skill to make them, just do not burn your house down.  Before the recipes, Kropelnicki uses half of the book to explain many useful nutrition facts.  They focus mainly on athlete, but most of the facts would apply to everyone.
